On a holiday, I went mountain biking with my son, Thomas, at a place called Empire 47, in Quebec city. It was so fun, I enjoyed it quite a lot! I was surprised how difficult it is for the arms, shoulders, and legs. My back was not really happy, but we had so much fun, it was worth it!
